Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and components are cushioned to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
