How long does shipping take for a new bicycle?
Standard shipping for bikes typically takes 5-7 business days. Each bike undergoes a safety inspection and partial disassembly for secure transit before leaving our warehouse.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step guide with every order.
What is Washo's Bike Shop return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund, minus a flat-rate return shipping fee.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Each product page features a detailed size chart based on height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.
Do you offer professional maintenance services?
Yes, all bikes purchased through Washo's include one free professional tune-up at any of our partner service centers within the first six months of ownership.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every bike frame is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, while components (shifters, brakes, etc.) are covered for one year from the date of purchase.
